Our group sessions give you a highly effective community team building experience. They can take many forms but most often follow a density or complex type format, also known generically as circuit style training. We also offer skill specific group training for kickboxing/boxing and body weigh training. Group training has long been a great introduction to exercise, for people that were either tentative about the process, or found the idea of a group of friends extremely motivating. Not only does group training offer great motivation, it can also serve as more economical option to introduce fitness training into your life.
